**Free local delivery**

Items outside of the local delivery radius are shipped via USPS. Our flat rate shipping cost is $7. Processing time of each order varies between 12-48 hours after order and typical delivery time is 5 business days.

RETURN POLICY:

RETURN SHIPPING IS TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. IVY + JANE DOES NOT OFFER FREE RETURN SHIPPING.

THERE IS NO RESTOCKING FEE

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS.

We are a small business, and can not issue refunds to initial method of payment. We would be thrilled to help you with sizing and styling questions to ensure your purchase is well thought through. Just send us an email at ShopIvyAndJane@gmail.com.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Once your return is received and processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card that never expires. Please allow 3-5 days after return is received for store credit to be delivered. 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

-Items not eligible for returns include Sale items & Bodysuits.

-The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.

-Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

-Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.

-If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.

-Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.

-Store Credit does not expire.
